  1. We provide FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders within India. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 7-10 working days. While we partner with some of India's leading logistics companies, their coverage may be limited. If your address is in a location not served by our logistics partners, we will contact you to explore alternative solutions to ensure your order reaches you.

  2. We offer the convenience of Pre-Paid Cash on Delivery (PPCOD) across India, providing our customers with a secure and hassle-free payment option. Please note that a fixed fee of 500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for one product and 1000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) for two/more products  will be charged at the time of checkout for this service. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the order is accepted, canceled, or returned. By choosing the PP-COD option, you acknowledge and accept these terms. PP-COD will not be available for the cart value above 20,000

 

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We strive to achieve the highest production quality and also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that you receive your pieces in a timely fashion and great condition. However, in case you have an issue with the garment that you receive, please follow our policy below:


Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit if it satisfies the following conditions:

1. An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching your order confirmation.
2. The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
3. The garment is not of the right size (in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece). Size Exchange will be done only once (1 time).

NOTE: For returns/exchange reach to us within 48 hrs of delivery. Returns/exchange will not be accepted after 48 hrs from the delivery.

Please note the following exclusions to the return/exchange eligibility:

  • No Return and/or Exchange on International orders:
    All international orders are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items shipped outside of domestic region.   • Store Credit for return of items:
    In the event that you wish to return an item, we offer store credit for the purchase amount excluding any shipping fees. To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit. Store credit cannot be combined with any additional discounts or promotions offered by us on regular items. Once the return is processed, store credit will be issued electronically and can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Slight irregularities in colour and texture due to the handwoven nature of the fabric and techniques:
    Due to the handwoven nature of our fabrics and the traditional techniques employed, slight irregularities in colour and texture may be present. These variations are not defects but are inherent characteristics that contribute to the unique beauty and individuality of each piece. As such, they are not considered valid reasons for return, exchange, or refund. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

 

  • Slight variations in colour due to possible differences in rendering across screens:
    Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in how coloursare rendered across various screens and devices. These variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the actual product colour may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

 

Cancellation of Orders:

In the event of cancellation of your pre-paid orders on our account due to unforeseen event, the amount of the orders, shall be refunded to your bank account.
