Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

1. The owner of this gift card is entitled to purchase merchandise from the website www.nouria.co.in

2. This gift card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of activation.
At the expiry of this validity period, the card cannot be renewed, reactivated, or used to purchase any items. No unused balance can be claimed.

3. All gift cards can be used only once, and must be redeemed for its full value.

4. This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. We reserve the right to reject any gift card that we suspect may have been used or tampered with.

6. If the invoice value is greater than the gift card value, the customer must pay the balance amount.

7. This gift card is non-transferable and cannot, in part or in whole, be
i. Exchanged for cash or credit
ii. Refunded
iii. Substituted

8. Noura not responsible for gift cards once activated, which subsequently, are lost, stolen, inactivated, or damaged. Treat your gift cards as cash.
Shipping Policy

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our standard shipping takes around 7-10 working days for dispatch.

We ship to almost all major countries - India, USA, UK, France, Germany, Singapore, Australia, Qatar, Kuwait and UAE. Shipping is calculated at checkout as per product weight for different zones. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected. Please note we do not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

The courier agent will only make 3 attempts for delivery after which the product is returned to us and to make another delivery attempt, there will be an additional shipping charge.
Returns / Refund / Cancellation Policy

Returns/exchanges, if applicable, will be provided if the product is returned in its original condition intact with tags and its original packaging with no damage or stains. If you find anything damaged or ruined in transit on the receipt of the product, please reach out to us at customercare@nouria.co.in or on whatsapp within 24-48 hours of receipt with relevant videos and photos. Return/Exchange shipping methods both ways and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an international order, the refunded amount is to be equal or as per the current exchange rate - whichever is lower.
NOTE: For returns/exchange reach to us within 48 hrs of delivery. Returns/exchange will not be accepted after 48 hrs from the delivery.
