But the way we wash and care for our garments is just as important. No two fibres are the same, and each requires its own method of washing and storing. All our products are colour tested and we mention specifications of wash care for each product. Pls read the instructions of washing carefully on the product page along with the tags mentioned on the garment that say dry clean only.

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our standard shipping takes around 7-10 working days for dispatch.

We ship to almost all major countries - India, USA, UK, France, Germany, Singapore, Australia, Qatar, Kuwait and UAE. Shipping is calculated at checkout as per product weight for different zones. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected. Please note we do not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

The courier agent will only make 3 attempts for delivery after which the product is returned to us and to make another delivery attempt, there will be an additional shipping charge.

Returns/exchanges, if applicable, will be provided if the product is returned in its original condition intact with tags and its original packaging with no damage or stains. If you find anything damaged or ruined in transit on the receipt of the product, please reach out to us at customercare@nouria.co.in or on whatsapp within 24-48 hours of receipt with relevant videos and photos. Return/Exchange shipping methods both ways and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an international order, the refunded amount is to be equal or as per the current exchange rate - whichever is lower.
NOTE: For returns/exchange reach to us within 48 hrs of delivery. Returns/exchange will not be accepted after 48 hrs from the delivery.
